This was an infographic I simply could not ignore. I can manage all of my social media in 30 minutes/day? Yes, please. After reading, I realized this is 30 minutes not so much for an agency employee, but a company’s internal marketing person. But still, social media in 30-minutes/each client/day? I’m still listening.
Matt Wesson, who published this infographic, says “A winning social media strategy is all about working smarter, not harder.” Couldn’t agree more. Quality vs. quantity can often win out on the social media front. Their strategy includes all of the major networks: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest and Instagram. Of course, since it was published on the SalesForce blog, it is promoting their automation tool, Pardot, but even if you use a different tool, their automation tips are still helpful. The ultimate point is, however, that without a solid, strategic plan in place your social media strategy won’t be as effective as it could be.
