HighPoint Global – which provides contact center training, content development, optimization, and quality assurance services — wanted to be known among government agencies as “the citizen experience company.” HighPoint enlisted SpeakerBox to create a thought leadership program – including authored articles, ebooks, and an infographic – that helped “define” the term “citizen experience” and positioned the organization as the leader in that space.
- Secured a series of authored articles published in Federal Times on the importance of the citizen experience and repurposed those articles into a free ebook. To date, the ebook, The Journey to CX Maturity, has been downloaded nearly 900 times.
- Key executives have been asked to host webinar series on citizen experience, and the phrase “I saw your article!” has become a common refrain from prospects speaking to sales team members.
- The project was so successful that a second ebook is currently in process – and HighPoint has squarely become known as “the citizen experience company.”
