Public exposure without a guiding strategy is worse than futile; it’s dangerous.
That’s why all SpeakerBox client engagements begin with a thorough analysis of situational objectives, obstacles, opportunities, and threats.
Phase 1: Discovery and Planning
Within the first 30 days, SpeakerBox clients will participate in a guided discovery and planning process. First, we’ll conduct a Business, Sales, and Communications Audit to establish a communications baseline, a competitive landscape, relevant success metrics, and the beginnings of a traditional, digital, or social strategy.
Next, results from the audit will form the basis of a Communications Scorecard—customized to drive the prioritization of targets, campaigns, and campaign elements.
Phase 2: Execution
Within weeks, SpeakerBox will hit the ground running with both short-range tactics for immediate impact, and long-range groundwork for more significant, enduring wins.
At least once per quarter, clients will participate in Quarterly Realignment and Measurement Tracking—a strategic recalibration of our efforts that compares actual performance with predetermined success indicators.
Phase 2 is ongoing throughout the life of a SpeakerBox client engagement.
No matter how successful we might be, there is no substitute for relentless monitoring and continual course correction.
